Resolved Question: Out of state transfers to a UC or CSU?

I just moved to South Carolina from Tustin, CA. Back home I was enrolled in Santiago Canyon College (nursing major) with hopes of tranferring to a UC or CSU. Now that I'm studying at Greenville Technical College in South Carolina (against my will), I'm wondering if it's still possible for me to transfer to a UC or CSU from out of state? Or am I just completely fucked? Is there anyway to find out what general ed reqs I need to transfer to Cal State Long Beach or University of San Francisco? I can't find it on their websites...
