Parrots in Tustin, CA are a common if you're looking. This pandemonium flies over my home everyday at sunrise and sunset. Finally caught one early in the morning in the palms around 4th street and Cabrillo Park Way. Didn't get focused in very well though :-( I'll be out bright and early to get some better shots and vids soon, now that I know where they hang out :-)
